A new article was published in the Philadelphia Inquirer that focuses on one of Puerto Rico’s solutions to the heroin crisis–a program called “AirBridge” which exports addicts to mainland cities, like Philadelphia, promising beautiful treatment facilities and jobs. Unfortunately, the reality addicts find in Philly is vastly different than what was promised. REACH Lab’s Roberto Abadie was interviewed as part of this article.
